(OBSERVATION ONLY)	Almost of cooperating teachers required student teacher to have a sample of lesson plan to measure our abilities in doing some staffs.
September 06, 2017	I observed that some students, do not want to read and write. They are poor readers even if they are now in grade 9.	(OBSERVATION ONLY)	I need to observe first the attitude of the students for me to know their behavior. In order for me to have an idea on how I am going to control them.
September 07, 2017	The department allowed us to go home early, for us to buy some materials that we need for the entire days of our practice teaching. Such as lesson plan, manila paper, cartolina, pentel pen, tape and etc.	(OBSERVATION ONLY)	Be responsible enough on having an instructional materials. It is an effective way to make learning process easier.
September 08, 2017	Since, it’s Friday. The students required to complete their outputs. Mrs. Pacheco informed me that I will going to handle some sections to guide them in doing their activities.	Facilitating	Help and guide my students in doing their activities, not literally but through giving examples and suggesting ideas.

September 13, 2017	I started to make a semi detailed lesson plan, then my cooperating teacher checked it in order to monitor the flow of discussion. It is the first day that I will teach. I introduced a new topic, about demand.		It is necessary to have a lesson plan first before having a class discussion. Almost of the schools required student teachers to make a lesson plan every day.
September 14, 2017	My second day of discussion, almost of my students asked me why there are computations in Araling Panlipunan subject. Our topic is about price elasticity of demand. They find it difficult even it’s just a basic arithmetic. I gave them many examples to understand the process to get the price elasticity of demand and to determine what kind of elasticity it is.	Discussion	Patience and having a harmonious relationship with the students is an effective and efficient way to make the discussion smooth and enjoyable for both teacher and students. As a teacher, we must considered the level of understanding of our learners. There are fast learners and slow learners. So, I need to have an adjustment by having strategies that may suite to their intellectual aspect.

September 19, 2017	In some sections, we’re done discussing about demand. So, I introduced the next topic which is supply.  I also caught some students using their cellphones inside my class and I really do not tolerate that attitude. I collected their cellphones and reprimand them after class	Discussion	I just wanted them to learn how to behave when there is a teacher around. Doing any staffs that not relevant to the subject matter is not a good actions to be done inside the classroom. I wanted them to practice better behavior whoever the teacher is. It’s not only about academic things but also to teach my learners about good manners and right conduct.
September 20, 2017	During my discussion I know some students are making faces on me but I really don’t care. They need to listen because it is not only for my sake but also for them. The topic is become quite easier for them but still they are confused on the concept of demand and supply, including the law of demand and supply. I decided to have an activity, I grouped the section into three then gave them a colored paper where the situations written. My purposed was to measure their understanding. Another thing is a graphic organizer wherein they need to determine the features that can affect the supply.	Cooperative Learning	Even some of the students are not willing to listen, I need to do something to motivate them to have a focused. Be nice to them and control the emotions that may cause a bad effect to the mind of learners. Have some activities to know whether they learn something.
September 21, 2017		-NO CLASSES-
September 22, 2017	I arrived at exactly 8am, my first class was 8:20am. I only have three sections to be taught every Friday. I’m not feeling well then, maybe because I am very tired and exhausted. But then again, I need to attend the class. For me to have some rest, I decided to have a games which is relevant to our topic for that day. After elaborating the process in computing the price elasticity of supply, I gave them may situations to be analyzed and solved.	Paper and Pencil Test	As a teacher, it’s my responsibility to solve the struggles I may face in my everyday life in teaching. Think ways to control the situation.
September 25, 2017	Since, I don’t have a class at Bulacan State University I decided to went at SRNHS. I arrived at 10am, and I saw that there is a program. My co- student teacher told me that there’s no classes until 12:20. I stayed at AP Department to help my cooperating teacher to record the outputs. After doing so, I used the opportunity to fixed my visual aids.		Grab the opportunity to use the available time. If there’s nothing to do with then don’t waste the time. And assure to myself that my cooperating teacher see to it that I enjoying her company. Never say no to her favor.
September 26, 2017	It is indeed a long and tiring day yesterday. Every Tuesday I have a busy schedule wherein, there is only 20mins break. I introduced a new topic, the interaction of demand and supply. My students find it difficult because of the combinations of formula to get the quantity of demand and supply.	Discussion	If the learners don’t understand the topic that much, do something to make it easy for them to solve the given problem. If it is necessary to go back from the start then do it for the sake of other students who couldn’t understand the discussion.
September 27, 2017	My cooperating teacher was with me, the school principal go around to check whether the teachers still at classroom to guide their student teacher. I decided to elaborate first the concept of equilibrium and market. After that, we do some review about the computation that we have done yesterday. Almost of the students understand the steps already.  We have an activities about the discussion.	Cooperative Learning	Have a review from the previous lessons to refresh the student’s understanding. Do not skip the difficult topic, let them challenge to understand the lesson through their own abilities and from the explanation styles of the teacher.
September 28, 2017	I discussed the different between shortage and surplus. It’s not hard to understand that’s why we consumed almost 20mins only. I gave them a short quiz, wherein they will analyzed the situations if it’s shortage, surplus or equilibrium. And I informed them to have a script about the concept of shortage and surplus. I gave them the remaining time to have a collaboration of ideas in doing their task.	Paper and Pencil Test Cooperative Learning	Learn how to use the time wisely. And be sure to have an evaluation after discussing the lesson to observe the development of the learners. Practiced them to exposed themselves to differentiated learning in order for them to find out their hidden talents.
September 29, 2017	Even though it’s Friday, I suggest to my cooperating teacher to use the time for homeroom to announce the activity for lesson 4. On that day, I am very thankful because my students are not noisy. Just because weekend is coming. And they take the role playing seriously. 9 Gold, presented their role playing on that day. I had fun, because they are very creative and talented.	Facilitating	After the performance, have some comments and suggestions to developed more their excellence. Informed them about the scores. That is one of the important factor for the students in having a group activity.
October 2, 2017	It’s Monday but I went to SRNHS.I arrived at 5:55 am, my cooperating teacher and other AP teachers are not yet around. I was thinking if my watch is advanced, I wait for almost 10 minutes outside the department. I am very excited then because other sections will going to present their role playing. I explained to them the mechanics, after their presentations I gave a quiz related to our previous lesson.	Facilitating	It’s better to arrive earlier than to became late comer. I believed that tardiness is one of the personalities observed by the administrators. Aside for having a harmonious relationship with the teachers be responsible enough for the schedule of everyday classes. While in terms of evaluating the performance of the students, lower the standards for other sections.
October 3, 2017	The same with the situation yesterday, I am too early for my first class. I decided to went early to 9 Helium, which is the advisory class of Mrs. Pacheco. I allowed them to clean the classroom for five minutes only for us to continue the discussion and for them also to have a quiz. All of a sudden, one of my students confront me that they are very happy because I am the one who will going to teach them. My curiosity push me to ask the reasons why. On that day, I realized that, they are not too closed to each other. Since, I have no idea about the side of my cooperating teacher and I’m not on the right position to judge the situation.	Facilitating	Big role of being a student teacher is to convince the learners that their teachers are just concern about them. Also, to have a balanced between the students and cooperating teacher. Do not hesitate the actions and behaviors of the students. Another thing, confront the teacher to informed her about the rants of the students.
October 4, 2017	Supreme Student Government announced that there are changes in schedule. Morning shift dismissed exactly 10 am. But then again, I see to it that the discussion was clear to everyone. I informed each and every one about their outputs to pass it as long as they can. My cooperating teacher allowed me to went home to checked the outputs.	Discussion	Having a shortened period is not a reason to become easy go lucky individual, in a way that some teachers did not do anything just because of the time allotment. Make some ways to control learners’ behavior. Teach as long as the allotted time consumed.

October 10, 2017	After the long weekend, I’m sure that almost of the students are not on the mood to have a class on that day. While preparing my lesson plan, I see to it that I have a better motivation to caught their attention and willingness to listen and focus to the discussion. I introduced a new lesson, Aralin 5 Ang Pamilihan: Konsepto at Estruktura Nito.	Discussion	Students nowadays has a variable ways in learning something. Just because they do have different level of excellence. As a teacher, I need to be prepared to be an efficient facilitator. If my strategies are not suite to the learners, then I need to have another ideas to discover the solutions on having a struggle on finding answers to their bad habits on studying.
October 11, 2017	All of the sections did not relate what I am talking about. They don’t have any idea about the topic. The projector is not available, so I decided to used the flat screen television to project my power point presentation and downloaded video presentation. Worth it, because my idea works even there is an overlap on the presentation.	Discussion	Trying new ideas can help the teacher to discover new thing. Try to figure out something that can solve the given problem. Don’t blame your students if they don’t have any stock knowledge relevant to the topic. As a teacher, we are the one who will make an actions to present the lesson in easy way.
October 12, 2017	Even though I’m tired, I tried to finished the lesson. At that time, I am too shy to confront my cooperating teacher. All of a sudden I realized that I need to be flexible to be a better teacher someday. To take my experiences as a lesson and motivation for my dreams in life. I felt the pain all over my body, so I projected the pictures and let my learners explain it. At the end it works, they expressed their ideas and opinions by using the pictures. And I gave them a quiz.	Paper and Pencil Test	It is naturally given that not all the time we have a strong immune system. There are times that we need to rest our body to function better. Don’t let emotions ruined our day while we are having a bad day because of being not feeling well Take some breath and think useful methods. Handle the situation with patience and sincerity.
October 13, 2017	I arrived at 5:25 am, my first class was for homeroom purposed. But I need to announced the next output for them to make it during weekend. Before having an announcement, I reviewed them about the previous lesson to measure their level of understanding. The content of the output must be examples of market structure. It should be drawing not printed. I heard someone obeying about my instructions. So be it, I allowed them to have a printed materials but their grades are not that higher compare to having a work made by their own hands.	Facilitating	Be fair enough on grading the works of the students. It is necessary to have rubrics.

October 18, 2017	We are running out of time due to the strike. My cooperating teacher told me the planned to finished the discussion to other section who are not yet done on the activities. And I introduced the topic about “Ugnayan ng Pamilihan at Pamahalaan” And I tried my best to make it easy for them to have a short review for their exams.	Discussion	Unexpected announcement due to transportation strike has a big impact on the flow of discussion. It is necessary to finish the discussion, wherein if the remaining lesson are included to the cover of test.
October 19, 2017	I am very stressed then because my schedule of final demo was changed due to the pinning program. So, every room I had entered the scenario was very serious. I did not allowed them to talk whenever I am discussing something. Someone who can’t answer my question will remain standing as long as they did not volunteered themselves to answer the questions. One thing, some of them don’t have an output for the market structure that totally made my day bad.	Discussion Facilitating	It is important to disciplined the students, it’s not about we are closed to each other so they are allowed to make some bad habits during the discussion. It is necessary to limit the closeness that I had to my students especially where we are inside the classroom. Give them a time to settle their requirements.
October 20, 2017	Since, I only have three classes every Friday it’s easy for me to make the class discussion smooth. I gave them a quiz, and answer the activities on their module to serve as their additional points in quiz. After doing so, I allowed them to used the remaining time to finished their outputs. While they are doing their outputs, I	Paper and Pencil Test	Give the students a chance to make their grades higher. Let’s allowed them to do something relevant to the subject which can help them to have an additional points.
October 24, 2017	I arrived at 10 am, I don’t have enough sleep. I settled my detailed lesson plan for my final demo teaching. Mrs. Pacheco was the one who attend the class. After the lunch break, we work on my detailed lesson plan to checked and revised some content.	Facilitating	Take the risk, and after all of the long and tiring days we satisfied ourselves for the success of our sacrifices. Also, appreciation for the people who guide us in doing such stuffs to help us in facing our challenges.
October 25, 2017	I am very excited to have a dry run. I used 9 Neon as my students. My cooperating teacher was very supportive. And after the dry run, she suggest ways to improve my styles in teaching. That should be the last day for month of October, so it’s necessary to have the principal’s signature. We wait for an hour and finally we got her signature. I’m still there at 5pm, we help Joshua for his dry run.	Discussion	I can’t do it without the cooperation of my students, guide, support and help of my cooperating teacher and also the motivation and inspiration from my family and friends. It is indeed that patience is virtue. Help someone who is in need.
November 02, 2017	I am very excited. I am the second one who will observed by the panel. I considered my final demo as one of the special day of my life. Through the help of my cooperating teacher, students and family it was very successful. I am proud to my talented and creative students. Comments and suggestions made my day. Lastly, efforts of my family and friends appreciated. I am very thankful to have them in my life.	Discussion Cooperative Learning Facilitating	Life is about happiness. Chose a profession that can make your life better. Every person need each other to become successful. Inspiration and motivation coming from your love ones is the most effective device to be used. Apply the new learnings that we can get from our mistakes and experiences. Learn to appreciate everything and be thankful and contented.

November 08, 2017	I arrived at 5:55 am, my cooperating teacher gave the instructions to be done by every section. I was thinking why she is with me on that day. Then, my co-student teacher told me that some of the teacher will observe by the principal to grade their performance inside the classroom. We used the time by answering the activities in module related to the last topic in Yunit II, which is Ugnayang ng Pamilihan at Pamahalaan. And analyzed the introductory part on Yunit III, Makroekonomiks.	Discussion Facilitating	Do not obey. Follow the instructions given. Learn to become natural whenever your cooperating teacher is around. I let my cooperating teacher to elaborate additional information about the topic. So, I can learn something new from her.
November 09, 2017	I feel so uncomfortable these past few days. The attitude of my cooperating teacher changed. I mean, I felt that there is something wrong. I was thinking why she didn’t confront me. I introduced the concept of makroekonomiks. After that, I asked my students to answer the activities on their module which included to introductory part of the said yunit. Those activities will measure they schema.	Discussion Paper and Pencil Test	It’s hard to have a move when my cooperating teacher is not on good mood. She look disappointed and mad at me. I don’t know the reason why, what important is I knew to myself that I’m doing my best.
November 10, 2017	Again, my cooperating teacher was with me. While I am discussing something, she gave me a mark to stop. Then she explained to them that the lesson was very hard to understand. It will takes time to understand the lesson very well. I introduced a new lesson which is aralin 1 in Yunit III, about “Paikot na daloy ng ekonomiya” I used a tarpaulin to illustrate the model of economy.	Discussion	Don’t look on negative side. Take the risk and be positive enough to understand the situation. If the students may find the lesson very hard, then have their suggestions in order for them to understand it very well.

November 16, 2017	I arrived at 9am, since my first class is 9:20 am. Before discussing the remaining models, I refresh my students’ mind about the makroekonomiks, other important concepts and the first two models of economy. Then, I discussed the third, fourth and last model. It’s not became easy, I need to repeat every model in order for them to understand the varieties of each model.	Discussion	To check the students’ progress, let them express their ideas and opinions about the previous lesson. Have a sample illustration for them to see the flow of each model.
November 17, 2017	I prepared ten items quiz. But before having a quiz, I recall the important things to be remembered. I’m became irritated when some of my students got a lowest score. Out of ten, they got three correct answers only. I asked them why they got a low score, then they told me that they did not understand it too much. I decided to discussed again the models one by one. Before I left them, I gave them a new group work. It is counted as one of their output in third grading period.	Paper and Pencil Test	Ask the students why they got a low scores. For them to understand the flow of each model. Ask the students if they have some questions or violent reactions.

November 21, 2017	It’s Tuesday morning again. I only have 20 minutes break. Some of my students are not yet finished on their activity. My cooperating teacher allowed the students to use the time to settled their works. I’m inside the classroom to guide them doing their output. Also, as the facilitator, I gave my suggestions to them to work out on their output.	Facilitating	Understand the situation of the learners. There are so many things that they need to do. They get tired in doing so. Let them used the time to finished the tasks. So, they will enjoy studying.
November 22, 2017	There are some sections who are finished with their output. They present it on the class per group where in, each member should share something. I graded them by criticizing their output whether they exerts an effort to have a creative illustration using the recycled materials.	Facilitating	Learn to appreciate the effort of your students. Even they are tired doing many things, they are doing their activities well. Be fair enough on grading their output. Give what they deserve.

November 28, 2017	There is a program for Edukasyong Pagpapakatao Week. Every year level have a representative. There are lots of competition. The surrounding are not conducive for the students. Even there is a program, we need to attend class session. Almost of my handle sections are near on the stage, I tried to have a discussion but the microphone and sounds are too loud. So, I asked them to answer the activity on their module and after that jot down all the important information regards with our new topic.	Facilitating	I don’t get the logic though. But to follow the principal’s instructions, just attend the class. Don’t take it seriously, I mean having a class discussion with too much noise is not good scenario to teach the students. Let them to do something that can make them busy.
November 29, 2017	I introduced new topic regarding Pambansang Kita. The new topic was too broad. I informed them to listen carefully and digest every information. Before I left the room, I asked them to make a Venn Diagram. (about the similarities and differences between GNP and GDP)	Discussion	If the lesson is too broad, and the strategy used is not appropriate to the learner be sure that you have another methods to be done for them to understand the given topic. Explain the task, don’t just tell it to the learners. Especially to lower sections.

December 01, 2017	My first class was 8:20 am but I arrived at 7am. Again, there is a program continuation of Edukasyong Pagpapakatao week. The same situation, we need to have a class. Those sections who have representative in likhawit are required to join the program. I have no choice but to have a discussion. My students in 9 Mercury (my last section for that day) begging me to used the remaining time to watch the performances of every year level. So, I allowed them to went outside.	Discussion Facilitating	Sometimes, it’s not bad to break the rule. What important is, I do my responsibility despite of the situation of environment. Also, the students cooperate with me so they deserve to have a reward. I saw their willingness to learn. Having fun after studying is better for the students to have some rest and relaxation.

December 05, 2017	I arrived at 6:25 am, I am too lazy on that time. And I’m not feeling well too. I don’t know the reason why my cooperating teacher did not allowed me to have a class to her advisory. On that day, someone approached me asking why I am not the one who handle them. Based on their stories, I realized the reason why. She don’t want me to have a closure to her advisory class. And also to saw her bad doings during their time. I just gave them a quiz about previous discussion.	Paper and Pencil Test	Just laugh and smile. I don’t want to stress myself with those nonsense things. Have fun and enjoy every moment with the students. They will be missed.
December 06, 2017	I prepared a twenty item quiz. After the quiz, I introduced a new topic, Aralin 3 Ugnayan ng Pangkalahatang Kita, Pag-iimpok at Pagkonsumo. Since, I mastered the content of the said aralin I knew how to make the learning process smooth and easy for the students. I used the flat screen tv to present the topic.	Paper and Pencil Test	Let the students see the relationship of previous lesson to a new topic.
December 07, 2017
December 08, 2017	Some of my students did not submit an output. There are few students because of Friday sickness. Since we are done with Aralin 3, I help them to complete their outputs.	Facilitating	Have some time to help the students for them to become comfortable with you.

December 12, 2017	I introduced a new topic, it’s about inflation. There is a computation, they need to compute the CPI, antas ng Implasyon and Purchasing power through the use of given formula and table given by the teacher.	Discussion	If they find the computation very difficult. Have many examples and let them join you in calculating the given situation. It will serve as their basis in doing their tasks.
December 13, 2017	Some of my students did not get the process on computing the inflation. I gave them some examples to be a basis in doing their activities. After that, I gave them a quiz regarding with the computation of inflation.	Paper and Pencil Test	Have a long patience. Don’t blame the learners if they couldn’t understand the given topic. Make it step by step especially if it’s computation.
December 14, 2017	Shortened period, After I discussed the remaining subtopic. I gave them a ten item quiz about the cause, effect and solution about inflation.	Discussion	Shortened period is not a reason for a teacher to become irresponsibility to their job. Every minutes are important to manage the flow of the discussion better.
December 15, 2017	My cooperating teacher allowed me not to discuss anything. She gave the time for me to have bonding time with my students since that should be our last day in teaching/practice teaching. My students gave me a letters, flowers and chocolates. There was another surprise, pilot section prepared some program for us. We took some pictures to have remembrance. I was very happy and very thankful to met a students like them.		Saying “goodbye” to my loving students was very hard. For all the good and bad memories, I am very thankful to have them. Efforts appreciated. Go with the flow, don’t let the students hate you because of your attitude. We must build harmonious relationship with them.
